1. Placing an Order
Orders for products offered by NuProstate.com may be placed exclusively through the website.
Orders can be submitted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
2. Order Processing
Orders placed on weekdays after 11:00 a.m. (EST), as well as orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, shipping destination, and other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Customer Information and Order Confirmation
To process an order, customers must provide accurate and complete information through the website.
A valid telephone number and/or email address may be required to confirm the order and facilitate its processing.
If an order cannot be verified within three (3) business days, NuProstate.com reserves the right to cancel the order.
Orders accepted for processing may be confirmed by telephone or email.

4. Order Verification and Cancellation
NuProstate.com reserves the right to verify orders where there is any doubt regarding the information provided, the payment, product availability, or other circumstances relating to the order.
If an order cannot be satisfactorily verified, NuProstate.com may cancel the order. The customer will be notified if an order is canceled.
5. Product Availability and Delivery
Orders are generally shipped by postal service or courier.
The estimated order processing and delivery period is approximately seven (7) business days, although actual delivery times may vary and may be extended due to circumstances including product availability, shipping delays, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If an ordered product is temporarily unavailable or the estimated fulfillment period is expected to be extended, the customer will be informed where reasonably possible.
If the customer does not agree to the extended fulfillment period, the customer may request cancellation of the affected order or, where applicable, cancel the portion of the order responsible for the delay.
6. Product Offers
Product listings and information displayed on NuProstate.com constitute an invitation for customers to place an order and do not, by themselves, constitute a binding offer to sell.

9. Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, technical issue, server error, or other mistake, NuProstate.com reserves the right to cancel the affected order.
If payment has already been made, the customer will be notified and, where applicable, the amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded.
10. International Orders
NuProstate.com accepts orders for delivery to destinations in Europe, North America, South America, Australia, Africa, and Asia, subject to product availability, shipping restrictions, and applicable laws.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may legally be imported into their destination country.

12. Prepaid Orders
For orders requiring advance payment, products will be shipped after 100% of the applicable order amount has been successfully received and confirmed.
13. Returns and Cancellations

Where a customer is eligible to withdraw from a transaction, the customer must submit a written notice of withdrawal within the applicable return period.

These measures may also be applied where necessary to prevent repeated attempts to purchase products for resale.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
